I haven’t received my game yet - when will it arrive?
You should receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. If you haven’t received that or are having any issues, reach out to us at email@example.com
Unfortunately, due to the impact of COVID-19, there may be shipping delays. If that's the case, we'll be sure to let you know.
Where do you ship?
We’re happy to ship worldwide, but locations outside of the U.S. will have higher shipping costs.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes we do!
What payment methods do you accept?
All of the big ones - major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Who do I contact if there’s an issue with my order?

What’s your return policy?
We will accept unopened games within 30 days of their receipt. Email us at email@example.com to process a return.
Can you play Game of Phones online?
Yup! You can play with your own deck or with a select set of virtual cards that we made available for free. Instructions on how to play either can be found here.
How old do you need to be to play Game of Phones?
Game of Phones prompts are designed for anyone old enough to own a smartphone, but we suggest players be 13 years or older. The game was created to be family-friendly but any card to be removed without affecting gameplay if parents wish.
